GYM RULES
To ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members, the following rules apply at Wolf Fitness Utica.
Respect Equipment and Space
• Wipe down equipment after each use.
• Return weights, bars, and accessories to their designated places.
• Avoid dropping weights unless necessary for safety.
Personal Hygiene
• Wear clean workout clothing and closed toe athletic shoes.
• Use deodorant and maintain good hygiene.
• Bring a personal towel if needed.
Safety Guidelines
• Use equipment only as intended.
• Ask staff for help or use a spotter for heavy lifts.
• Keep walkways and mirrors clear of personal items.
Respect for Others
• Keep noise at a reasonable level.
• Allow others to work in during rest periods.
• No phone calls or video recording in workout areas.
Etiquette
• Arrive on time for classes and training sessions.
• Follow staff instructions and posted signage.
• Food is not permitted in workout areas. Bottled beverages with secure lids are allowed.
Personal Belongings
• Store bags in lockers or designated areas.
• Wolf Fitness Utica is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Health Standards
• Do not use the gym if you are ill or experiencing contagious symptoms.
• Consult a physician before starting a new exercise program.
Failure to follow these rules may result in suspension or termination of membership access.
